Located at the gateway to the city centre and awarded a BREEAM Excellent rating, Liberty is set to welcome another prestigious international tenant: DHL Supply Chain will establish its new Budapest centre on the second floor of the office building, covering more than 3,000 square metres for approximately 400 employees. Among the key objectives of the project was to identify a modern development that would meet the company’s long-term sustainability requirements, while also fulfilling the financial criteria underpinning the relocation and ensuring the consistent adherence to a strict timeline. Based on the combination of these objective and subjective considerations, Liberty, developed by WING, proved to be the optimal choice,

Located in Budapest’s 9th district at the intersection of Könyves Kálmán Boulevard and Albert Flórián Road, Liberty offers excellent transport connections and stands out in terms of sustainability: it operates entirely on green electricity and has a near-zero energy consumption.
