The activities of the WING Group can be divided into three main areas:

  • Real Estate Development – active in all real estate segments, focusing primarily on office, industrial/logistics, retail, and hotel projects, and since 2017, also active in residential development.
  • Real Estate Investment – the goal of this activity is to seize opportunities that are too small or complex for large institutional investors, yet prominent in Hungary. The investments focus on office, industrial, and retail properties, including those that become valuable after a change of function, renovation, or development, as well as, in exceptional cases, land suitable for such developments.
  • Real Estate Services – the group owns subsidiaries specializing in design, operation, and general contracting.

WING is the majority owner of Poland’s largest property developer, ECHO Investment, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as of BAUWERT, Germany’s leading residential and commercial property developer.
