The compact mall is especially popular for its culinary offering – with a selection of renowned gourmet shops and restaurants – but it is also a place where you can easily and quickly stock up on daily provisions and dispense with other chores, as well as shopping for luxuries in stores offering a range of premium fashion brands. Instantly became popular among the discerning clientele looking for quality solutions. As a concept tailored to the building, the work of Gyula Várnai - one of the most prominent figures of Hungarian contemporary art - was conceived and realized: the stylized enlargement of the Dandelion Field, which adorns the interior of the property.
The building is the first shopping center in Hungary to be built to a BREEAM In-USE "Very Good" development.
