Máriássy Modern gently combines two slightly different appearances. Therefore, the loft building (built in 1927) – and the neighbouring modern building façade provides ideal work environment to everyone who fancies either one.

With its distinctive façade and flexible interior layout, the office building stands out among contemporary office developments. The more than 5,500 sq m of net modern office space is spread across four floors, offering units as small as 250 sq m - from a ground floor showroom to an exclusive office on the fifth floor. The side of the building facing the industrial hall is almost entirely covered with floor-to-ceiling glass.
