Park West 1
Project
The Park West residential developement, which will be built in four phases, is located in the heart of the 13th district, in Szabolcs Street. During the first project section we have built 229 sunny apartments with typically 40-50 sqm floor space, all of them equipped with a balcony. The smart functions which can be found in our houses are making the days of the inhabitants easier, while the other infrastructural innovations are pulling the whole neighborhood forward. The first phase of Park West was completed in January 2022, all the apartments are sold.
Location
The complex is only a few steps from Dózsa György út and Lehel út and offers easy access to the downtown area both by car and by public transport. This is one of the most dynamically developing area of the city, with a growing number of residential and office buildings and the ongoing renewal of leisure facilities.
