The Studium Office Building is located in the city centre, in a prominent part of the IX district, in a building shared with the Corvinus University of Budapest, between Petőfi Bridge and Szabadság Bridge on the banks of the Danube. The Fővám Square Market Hall is within walking distance, as well as the colourful, extensive range of services and gastronomy on Váci utca and Ráday utca. This modern and characterful building, which defines the image of the Danube bank in Pest, has a total area of 36 000 m², including the 25 000 m² "C" block of the Corvinus University of Budapest, an office building in the southern part of the building and commercial space on the ground floor.
